You can edit metadata from multiple files in one go (as a batch). Information that can be edited includes quick tags, status, expiration date, description, keywords, author, album membership, copyright information, and terms of use.
How to edit files in bulk
- First select multiple files.
Note: You can set a limit (1000-10000) under Settings Custom Configuration Defaults. - Click the Edit icon in the top-right corner.
A window will display the metadata information available to be edited. Users can change approval status, descriptions, keywords, tags, expiration dates, and additional information.
Learn how to adjust the displayed bulk editing fields. - To make the changes click Apply.
Your changes will be applied to all selected files.
