Restriction: You need to be signed in using an administrator's account or be a power user with the privilege to manage keywords in order to edit or delete keywords.

Navigation

User Menu > Settings > Configuration Options > Keywords

Note: In order to allow certain user roles to manage keywords navigate to Settings > Configuration Options > Privileges

How to edit Keywords

1. Click the edit icon next to the keyword you would like to edit.
   You can now edit its name and description.
   
2. Click the confirm icon (√) to apply your changes.

The changes are applied immediately.
You can cancel the process by clicking on the cross (X).

How to delete Keywords

1. Click the trashcan button next to a keyword.
   
2. Confirm the deletion with Yes.

The keyword is deleted. Assets that were assigned to this keyword lose this assignment.
