Canto Connect (Legacy) and Proxy Servers

Proxy Servers prevent uninterrupted communication between Canto Connect and your Canto tenant.

Due to the countless possible network configurations and the need for cloud-based solutions like Canto to utilize more than one IP address, there is no universal solution to guarantee that Canto Connect (Legacy) will function correctly when used in combination with a proxy server.

Therefore, it is recommended to use Canto Connect (Legacy) only on computers that have direct access to the internet.
