Canto Connect shows blank screen when logging in via SSO

When using SSO to authenticate in Canto Connect you might get a blank screen where the SSO login mask should be.


How to check your Java Runtime Environment Settings

The empty SSO login window might be caused by your Java installation not pointing to the most up-to-date runtime version of Java on your system. 

  1. Open the Java Control Panel.
  2. Switch to the Java tab and click on View.
  3. Verify that you have installed the latest version of Java and that its checkbox is Enabled.
  4. Make sure that the Path matches the actual installation path on your computer. If not, you would need to adjust it accordingly.
    Locate your javaw.exe file in order to copy/check its path.
