How to enable the description field
As an admin you can set the areas in which the Description field should be accessible (e.g. information page, preview page).
In order to enable this field for other user roles you have to enable View Description under Settings Users & Groups Privileges.
How to translate a description
Locate an asset's description field (the location varies depending on the above mentioned settings).
- Click on the pen-icon to edit existing text or to add a new description.
You can expand the field to display all the text by clicking the arrow in the lower right corner.
- You can view translations of the text by clicking on EN.
Select the desired language from the list. - The original and the selected translation will be displayed.
- You can replace the original by clicking Save.
