Canto Adobe Connector - Installation issues

If you don't see the Canto Connector tool appear in your Adobe software, please restart your computer first. If this does not resolve the issue, you will need to uninstall and reinstall the plugin.

  1. Open the Adobe Creative Cloud app on your desktop and skip to step 3, or click the following link to open the Adobe Exchange site for the Canto Adobe Connector: https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.103079.canto-adobe-connector.html
  2. On the Adobe Exchange click "Manage". Allow the request to open the Adobe Creative Cloud.

  3. In the "Manage plugins" section, look for "Canto Connector for Adobe". Click the three dots and select "Uninstall" .

  4. Once the Canto Adobe Connector has successfully uninstalled, reinstall it by clicking on "Install".
