Whether you are an established user unable to remember your password, or are a new user who's sign-up email has expired, Canto enables you to request a password reset without having to rely on outside intervention.
To request a new password, navigate to your tenant's login page. Next, enter your email address and click "Forgot password?".
Complete the security verification, then click "Yes".
If the email address is registered on the tenant, you will receive an email with a password reset link. Each password reset link is valid for 48 hours, after which a new one may be requested by repeating these steps.
