Install the Canto Office Connector

You can easily install the Canto Office Connector for Word or PowerPoint by simply going to the Office Store in the ribbons section of your Office app. Alternatively, you may also go to the Microsoft Store to download the add-in from there.


Note: Be sure you are logged into your Microsoft account before proceeding any further. Once you have the add-on successfully added to your Microsoft account you can use the add-on on both the desktop app and Office 365 for both Word and PowerPoint.


Desktop App

  1. Go to Insert tab > Get Add-ins.
  2. Search for the term "Canto" and click on Add.
  3. Afterwards, click on Continue.
  4. The add-on will be automatically added to the Home tab of the Word or the Insert tab in the PowerPoint app.


Online App / Office 365

  1. If you have successfully added the add-on to your Microsoft account, the Canto Office Connector will appear in your Add-Ons found in the Insert tab.
  2. Search for the term "Canto" and click on Add.
  3. Afterwards, click on Continue.
  4. The add-on will be automatically added to the Home tab in Word......respectively to the Insert tab in PowerPoint.
