When creating a new user account, the new user will receive a Welcome Email like the image below.
You can customize the Welcome Email by updating the Branding to your Canto instance. The Branding will control the logo and color format of the Welcome Email. See the following link for more information on how to customize Branding.
You can customize the welcome title line, email signature, and subject line by updating the Application Name on the Account page. To update the Account page see the following guide Account Settings.
When creating a new user account, you can set the Default Language of the Welcome Email. The Welcome Email will be sent in the language of the Default Language.
Note: If you are granting access to a single Portal to a user and there is a customer branding applied to the Portal the Welcome Email sent will have the branding of the Portal.
