Add a Watermark when sharing a File

  • Updated

    ~ minute read

When you share a file via link or email, you can add a watermark to the file. To do this, Digital Rights Management must be enabled and at least one watermark file must be available. The Digital Rights Management settings also specify the size of the watermark and its position on the image.

A watermark can be added to an image file that's being shared by email or Collection Link.

Restriction: You need to be signed in using either an administrator's or a contributor's account in order to add watermarks to file which you want to share.

How to add a watermark before sharing a file

  1. Click the share icon and choose either the email or Collection Link option.
  2. Click Enable Watermark and select the watermark to overlay on the image.
