Troubleshoot

If you don't see the Canto Connector tool appear you will need to restart your computer. Make sure you do not open Adobe Creative Cloud.


1) Be sure to restart your computer.


2) Go back to the original Canto Connector download link: https://exchange.adobe.com/creativecloud.details.103079.canto-adobe-connector.html


3) Select View My Exchange:


4) Select Uninstall. When the Install button appears, select Install:

5) Select Sync Extensions:


6) Reach out to Canto Support if you still experience issues.
