In some cases it might be useful or even necessary for our Support Team to get temporary access to your Canto account to assist you with a question or an issue.

In those cases you can create a Support User for us that is free of charge and will not take a seat from your license.


1) Navigate to the Settings and click the Users & Groups tab, followed by the Users sub-tab.

2) Click on New User.



3) Select the checkbox Canto Support.



4) The dropdown list contains several Support Users. Select the one our Support Team representative has asked you to.

5) Click on Create New User to finalize the process.


The new user will receive an email with a link that will grant them access to your Canto account.
