To help us troubleshoot the Canto Connect application, please make sure to include the log file.


The Canto Connect log files for macOS can be found here: 

Users/<Username>/Library (-> hold option key to see this)/Containers/com.canto.flight.express/Data/Documents/Logs


The Canto Connect log files for Windows can be found here:

C:\Users\<Username>\AppData\Local\Temp\adv_uploader.log

Note: AppData is a hidden folder in Windows.
