To troubleshoot the Advanced Uploader, you'll first need to open the Java console.
- Open Control Panel->Programs->Java, on the Advanced tab, click the “Java console”->“Show console”, then click “OK”.
- Open ‘System Preferences’, then click on the ‘Java’ icon, on the open ‘Java Control Panel’, click ‘Advanced’ tab, click the Java console->Show console, then ‘Ok’.
Once it's enabled, you can reopen the Advanced Uploader and the Java console will open with it.
