To help us troubleshoot the Canto Connect application, please make sure to include the log file.
macOS
Log location:
Users//Library/Containers/com.canto.flight.express/Data/Documents/Logs/
Note: The above mentioned "Library" folder in macOS might be hidden from view. Hold COMMAND + SHIFT + . on your keyboard to temporarily display it anyway.
There might be a second location in which the log could be stored:
Users//Library/Containers/Canto Connect/Data/Documents/Logs
Windows
Log location:
C:\Users\{username}\AppData\Local\Temp\adv_uploader.log
Note: The above mentioned "AppData" folder in Windows might be hidden from view. Activate it by selecting the Folder Option Show hidden files, folders, and drives.
