Canto Connect and Proxy Servers

Proxy Servers prevent uninterrupted communication between Canto Connect and your Canto account.

Due to the countless possible network configurations and the need for cloud-based solutions like Canto to utilize more than one IP address, there is no universal solution to ensure that Canto Connect will work correctly when used with a proxy server.

It is therefore recommended to only use Canto Connect on computers that have direct access to the internet.
