When uploading files to Canto, please keep in mind that any individual file may not exceed a certain size.

If you are uploading files via the web interface, individual files may not exceed 200 GB.

If you are uploading files via Canto Connect for Windows, individual files may not exceed 200 GB.

If you are uploading files via Canto Connect for macOS, individual files may not exceed 100 GB.

If you are uploading a PPTX (Powerpoint) file larger than 1 GB, the upload can experience processing issues and potentially not generate a thumbnail for the asset, or stop the upload process completely.
