Restriction: You need to be signed in using an administator's account in order to change a user's role.
User Menu > Settings > Users & Groups > Users
Note: In principle, you can assign any role (default role or custom role) to any user. However, the number of read and write licenses available to you is specified in your account plan. To add more licenses, contact your Canto Account Manager.
How to change User Roles
- Select the user you would like to change and select the edit icon.
- Select the Role in the the drop-down menu and click Save to finalize the change.
Note: A role change is applied after the user logs out and signs in again.
