In some cases it might be useful or even necessary for our Support Team to get temporary access to your Canto account to assist you with a question or an issue.
In those cases you can create a Support User for us that is free of charge and will not take a seat from your license.
How to Add a Canto Support User Account
- Click on New User.
- Select the checkbox Canto Support.
- The dropdown list should have the user Canto Help preselected.
- Click on Create New User to finalize the process.
Our Support Team will receive an email with a link that will grant them access to your Canto account.
