In some cases it might be useful or even necessary for our Support Team to get temporary access to your Canto account to assist you with a question or an issue.
In those cases you can create a Support User for us that is free of charge and will not take a seat from your license.
1) Navigate to the Settings and click the Users & Groups tab, followed by the Users sub-tab.
2) Click on New User.
3) Select the checkbox Canto Support.
4) The dropdown list should have the user "Canto Help" preselected.
5) Click on Create New User to finalize the process.
Our Support Team will receive an email with a link that will grant them access to your Canto account.
