Restriction: You need to be signed in using an administrator's account in order to edit a portal's settings.
User menu > Settings > Portals
How to Edit a Portal’s Settings
- A list of your portals will be displayed. Click the icon for the specific portal to be edited.
- By clicking through the different tabs, you may edit the details of your Portal here, including the description, editing content, custom branding, landing page, user access, or group access.
Note: If you would like to change the URL portion of your portal, please submit a ticket and we can take care of that for you.
Click Finish when you have completed changes.
