Edit Portal Settings

Restriction: You need to be signed in using an administrator's account in order to edit a portal's settings.

Navigation

User menu > Settings > Portals


How to Edit a Portal’s Settings

  1. A list of your portals will be displayed. Click the icon for the specific portal to be edited.
  2. By clicking through the different tabs, you may edit the details of your Portal here, including the description, editing content, custom branding, landing page, user access, or group access.

    Note: If you would like to change the URL portion of your portal, please submit a ticket and we can take care of that for you.

  3. Click Finish when you have completed changes.
